Central Florida is my "hometown." I was born
and raised in Longwood, Florida right outside of Orlando, graduated
from the University of Central Florida and began in the early 1990's
investing in "turn of the century properties" before the big real
estate boom hit Orlando and now all of Central Florida.
I am a member of both the MID FLORIDA MLS
which covers over 20 countries including ORANGE, SEMINOLE,
LAKE AND SUMTER COUNTRIES and MARION COUNTY
MLS which covers all of OCALA
and surrounding areas. I am also the founder
of "FAMILY TREE PROPERTIES, LLC" and a member of the national
Association of Realtors (NAR).
